  • Realicore is a proud part of the Inland Empire and we strive to give back whenever possible to our local community. Here are some of the charitable organizations we believe in and work with on a regular basis:

    SistersWe – We recently donated land and funding to the Sisters We to create a Community Garden on 8th Street in San Bernardino.

    Grant for Sole Alley – We partnered with the City of San Bernardino to successfully obtain a $720,000 grant that will go towards improving a neglected alley that we hope will attract new restaurants, art galleries and other businesses to Downtown San Bernardino.

    Artlands, Art’s Connection and TransUnity Center - We donate space in our buildings to host several art/creative events in Redlands and San Bernardino in an effort to benefit the community.

    IERCD Board - David Friedman, Realicore’s co-founder, was recently inducted in as a Board Member of Inland Empire Resource Conservation District - Realicore believes in conserving our natural landscapes that we are so lucky to have. We heavily promote green space in all of our developments.

    IC4IJ - We are working with Inland Center for Immigrant Justice to help immigrants turn their food pop-ups into full-fledged brick and mortar businesses. Access to diverse culture (Especially food, yum!) is important to us.

    SoCalTrash Army - We’ve provided funds and volunteer hours to feed and provide services to the unhoused in San Bernardino.
