SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the text messaging (SMS/MMS) program (“Program”) offered by Realicore (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in or using the Program, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and general Terms of Use.

1. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in to our SMS Program, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Realicore, which may include account alerts, updates, promotions, and other information. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with us but will generally not exceed 4-6 per month.

3. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your wireless provider. Please check your mobile plan for details.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send “STOP,” we may send you a final confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-enroll.

6. Supported Carriers

Our messages may be sent through various wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy and Data Use

We respect your privacy. Information we collect in connection with the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy — Realicore Real Estate Group.

  • In compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of their personal information.

  • We do not sell your mobile information to third parties.

  • We only share data with service providers necessary to send SMS communications.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to participate in our SMS Program.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued enrollment or use of the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable federal laws (including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227) and the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
