SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the text messaging (SMS/MMS) program ("Program") offered by Realicore ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in or using the Program, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
The Realicore SMS Program is used to communicate with property owners, tenants, vendors, applicants, prospects, and other parties involved in our real estate and property management services. Message content may include, but is not limited to:
Maintenance request updates and scheduling coordination
Rent reminders, late notices, and payment confirmations
Lease, application, and onboarding status updates
Showing confirmations and property inquiry responses
Owner statement and report availability notifications
After-hours and emergency communications
Service-related account notifications and operational follow-upsOccasional updates about our services, listings, or referral program
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number, through our website forms, rental applications, lease documents, owner onboarding paperwork, maintenance request portal, or direct verbal or written authorization, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Realicore at the number provided. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase, lease, or service from Realicore.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the matters we are handling on your behalf. You may receive messages as needed in connection with your account, property, application, lease, maintenance requests, or other service activity.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your wireless provider. Please check your mobile plan for details.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send you a final confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-enroll. Opting out of SMS will not affect non-SMS communications related to your account, such as phone calls and email.

7. Supported Carriers
Our messages may be sent through various wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy and Data Use
We respect your privacy. Information we collect in connection with the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy.
No third-party sharing of mobile opt-in data for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors that directly support the operation of our text messaging program, and only to the extent necessary to deliver those services.
In compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of their personal information.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental or legal guardian consent, and be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile device associated with the phone number you provide.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued enrollment in or use of the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable federal laws (including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. ยง 227) and the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
